Teacher Training 

We host seasoned teachers for training courses and workshops. 

Kinetic Body also offers the GYROTONIC® Pre-Training Course annually. This is the first course towards becoming a Certified GYROTONIC® teacher. It is a 6-day intensive course taught by Kate Jordan Augusto. This course is also available to students seeking an advanced level of training to deepen their on-going practice.
